NATIONAL ABORIGINAL DAY PADDLE & POTLUCK

NEIGHBOURS STANDING TOGETHER TO PROTECT THE SAANICH INLET in partnership with Tseycum Elders

PADDLE 

Where:

Meet at WJOLELP (Tsartlip) boat ramp ($10 fee)

Cowichan Valley side: launching from Mill Bay Boat Launch 9am- 10 am

When: 9:00- 10:00 am

To reserve a rental kayak, or paddle board: please call Pacifica Paddle Sports :
250-665-7411. Kayak rentals: $28 - proceeds to Saanich Inlet Network. 

Ecocruiser available for elders and others who want to be on the water, but cannot crew a boat.

POTLUCK

Where:

WSÍKEM (Tseycum) invite you to a potluck picnic at WSÍKEM Longhouse

When: 2:00pm 

Bring a potluck dish for sharing - don't forget to put your name on the dish! Bring your own plates, cups,  and cutlery to reduce the potluck footprint!

Road Closure:

For Aboriginal Day, WSÍKEM are closing West Saanich Road through their reserve land. You will be let through when you advise that you are attending the potluck. If driving, you can park on Totem Lane.
